I’m lucky enough to be part of the Singer/Songwriter Songwriting Challenge on Facebook. Thanks to that songwriting community’s songwriting prompts and encouragement, I’ve now written over 100 songs.

My primary focus is my band, Mary Strand & The Garage. I also sometimes play guitar and a little keyboard and do some vocals as a solo artist, duo, or with friends and/or bands here in Minneapolis.
