I’m lucky enough to be part of the Singer/Songwriter Songwriting Challenge on Facebook. Thanks to that songwriting community’s songwriting prompts and encouragement, I’ve now written over 100 songs.

My primary focus is my band, Mary Strand & The Garage. I also sometimes perform as a solo artist, duo, or with friends and/or bands here in Minneapolis. Performance dates are always on my Find Me page.
